Procedure of reservation:

After having taken delivery of a form of contact or reservation Kasbah Igoudar by email the availability of/room (S) or complete Kasbah Confirms.
Kasbah Igoudar joint with this email a form of confirmation of pre reservation filled with information in its knowledge.
The host turns over by email this form of confirmation supplemented and/or rectified.
The reservation is not recorded and is confirmed by Kasbah Igoudar that reception of this duly supplemented form has.

Except exceptional circumstances any reservation must be confirmed in writing.
This procedure is the guarantee of serious and the charisma of our House.

Payment:

1) Reservations without installment

The stay is regulated in cash Euros/U.S Dollars /Livre Sterling/Dirhams Morrocans on arrival with the kasbah.

2) Reservations with installment

Exclusiveness (complete Kasbah): Installment 50% balances 50% 15 minimum days Before the arrival.
Reservation + of 750 Euros: Installment 50% balances on arrival in cash Euros/U.S Dollars/Pound sterling/Dirhams Morrocans.
Christmas - New year: firm reservation, installment 80% balances 15jours minimum before the arrival in cash Euros/U.S Dollars /Livre Sterling/Dirhams Morrocans.

Accounts - cheques: The payment by cheque is not accepted.
Transfer (Validation of reservation with reception of the transfer)
For any type of reservation where the Host does not have any other means of guarantee but the credit transfer or Western Union:
Less than 3 nights 100% of the reservation.
More than 3 nights 50% of the reservation.

Midnight supper and New year: The reservation are made in complete pension or half pension minimum including a dinner spectacle.
On account 50% with the reservation, 50% remainder at least 15 Days before the arrival with the hotel.

Alarm clock year and New year :

The reservations are made in complete pension or half pension minimum including a dinner spectacle.
On account 50% with the reservation, 50% remainder at least 15j before the arrival with the hotel.
