Restoration
The kitchen and the meals been used for the Kasbah are made on the spot and worked out containing Bio products resulting from the farm and carefully selected.

Salad Morrocan
Harira (Moroccan soup)
Grills (skewers of calf, poultry, sausages, chopped meat)
Tajine (of lamb, ox, chicken)
Pastilla with chicken
Couscous (with vegetables, or the tfailla)
Serves (basket of fruits of season, cuts of ices, yoghourts, caramel custard)
With a traditional style combining zellij beldi, tadlakt and wood carved with a glazed sight giving on the swimming pool, it can accomodate 50 people.
One can taste there all the specialities of the Moroccan kitchen traditional and international in particular all kinds of tajine, Couscous, Pastilla, Grillades, Méchoui, Tanjia, Moroccan Salades etc…
All the been useful products (Meat, vegetable, poultry, egg) are Bio resulting from the farm sheltering the Kasbah.
